Best Vacation Ever!!!!
Just came back from Hyatt Ziva Cancun after the most glorious week ever!! I am not kidding when I say they treat you like royalty!! I have never had such great service in my life! Great food, drinks, pools, beaches, rooms, shows, spa, but the standout is the service! The adults only tower (Turquoize Tower) was my favorite because you have access to Punta Vista bar and pool. The staff there are amazing and know what you want before you even know you want it :) Shout outs to Fernando and Vivianna at El Mercado, Diego and Julio at Punta Vista, Omar at Norte Beach and other places, and Natasha and Miguel our butlers. Just got home last night and I already want to go back.

Mostly great.
Pros: Great food. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Compact resort as far as not sprawling.
Several pools none of which was crowded.
Cons: app was NEVER correct as far as figuring out open restaurants and activities (and location). Beach not accessible.
